Before asking question

Before submitting a ticket, please make sure that you have read documentation very carefully included with theme package, because it cover whole process to install and manage theme. Please note that we can not provide any support for general OpenCart issues not related to our themes.

Create account to submit Ticket, fill up all necessary info and describe your problem as much as in detail. It would be good if you can upload relevant screenshots of your issue. On certain cases, we may require access to your admin and FTP server as well.

We respond to our tickets as they come but it may take up to 48 to 72 working hours.
